Promoted in early April. Used some of my younger guys for the rest of the season and Vuckic won Player of the Month. Only have about 3.9 in transfer funds, ended up selling a few guys and buying an attacking mid/forward from Internacional for 6 mil. Can't remember his name off-hand, but he scored in his first game, and I'm hoping to bring him off the bench a lot. Suddenly got 15.75 in transfer money, and also about 7 from Barca for Tim Krul. I've got Cardozo coming in for 10, so I'm hoping to pick up a winger with the rest of the money. If I can pull that off I'll be pretty happy with my team.

They really wanted him, kept offering 1.5 to 2 mil for him. I wanted to keep him because he was going to be my starter this year. Put his asking price at 10m, they countered with 6.75 and Ashley stepped him and accepted it. Now I need to decide between Harper and Forster.

My damn team cannot stay healthy. Currently I have Torres, Agger, Skrtel, Riera, Nemeth and Gerrard with injury. All of them start but Agger and Nemeth and even both of those guys get in a lot of games.

After reading an article about Landon yesterday, I got the itch. In addition to my career game, I'm running a USA national team game.

I'm holding out to take over the Team USA job in my game. The Brazil job was open, I applied and I got it. I declined though in hopes of one day coaching the US, or at least England.

I haven't started from the beginning with the US in this years game yet, but I did double duty with them and Newcastle. Took them to the quarters of the 2014 World Cup, got out of an amazingly tough group, then lost to England on PK's. Had four of my starters not been out on cards I might have won

I'll do another one sometime closer to the World Cup when it's all I can think about.

Finally started a Newcastle game, with the new patch and all. Had a rough start to preseason, which included a 3-1 away loss to Walsall. That was all wiped away with a 4-0 smashing of West Brom at the Hawthornes

A couple of astute loan signings look like they will be key. Was really disappointed with my depth on the wings, so I brought in the Swede Kennedy from Ajax. He bagged two goals in the first game, and looks a keeper

Also wanted some cover for Enrique, as Kadar isn't exactly the best full back in the world. So I brought in Jlloyd Samuel from Blackburn. He started the first match and had a 7.80 rating. Hopefully he can keep that up.

The other big signing was Hedwiges Maduro from Valenica. A solid Dutch player, I really hate Alan Smith, so will be looking at him to back up Nolan and Barton in the middle of the park.

Also signed Ritchie De Laet from Man U for his versatility. Probably won't play much, but doesn't cost much

Newcastle game has been great lately, took a point off Arsenal, sitting at 5th in the table. Just advanced to the quarterfinal of the League Cup with a 4-1 win against the Gunnners. Cardoza and Marquinhos have been immense. Getting Zaki off my hands in January for 5mil, should be getting Yohan Cabaye for the same price, he's been a dud at Man Utd and in past games for me, but my scouts are giving him 5 stars. Really have my eye on Giuliano and Sandro to help Marquinhos adjust, but probably won't get them until the summer. Hopefully picking up a striker from Kyiv too.

Ha yeah, just drew Man City 2-2 away and my fans are disappointed.

Fuck someone get me out of N. Ireland. I'm trying to get to England but I'm not getting any job offers. I'm think of heading to Bristol City in League 1 just to get out of N. Ireland.

I'm aiming for a Championship level club, but I'm being passed over for guys like Sol Campbell. WTF. I've actually won trophies as a manager, he hasn't even had a coaching job yet. Oh and then there's Giggs who stole the Portsmouth job from me.

Ok, I finally got everything going and am into my second season with the Galaxy. Things I am having problems with is my forwards not wanting to shoot when they are on breakaways. I don't know what it is but this one forward I have just won't shoot the ball when he is on a clear breakaway inside the box. Any suggestions?

Try going to that players training and see if there's an option to take more shot's when open, or something of that nature.
