Dam this seems like a classic cmos battery problem that happends on computers some times.

I'd honestly not turn your PS3's on till they get a fix out for it guys. If its anything like the computer some software will just go nuts if it thinks its the year 2010, then year 1999 and then back to 2010 again so I can see why they said to simply not turn it on and use it.
