I'll probably use Scavenger, Sleight of Hand, Ninja for everything, pretty similar to what I run now

Long Recon Setup will be mine. I just don't like being seen by those cheap UAVs, but since I knock them down all the time, maybe I should just switch to scavenger. I keep running out of bullets anyway. ;)

Treyarch developer talks about people using tactical insertions to boost.
Hello,
We love Tac Insert. It does a few things for the game strategy. A well organized team of Tac Insert user can roll the competition in Demo. It’s grand, really, and how it should be. Counter by organizing your own team of Tac Insert users and roll with Hacker.
It also solves a problem. A lot of you are super convinced you can make a better spawn system than we can. That’s cool. So, here you go. Here is Tac Insert. Pick your own spawn point and stop yelling at me.
Trying to use Tac Insert but are getting Tac Insert spawned camped? Well, you probably deserve that but you can now cancel your own Tac Insert in the Killcam. That’s new to Black Ops.
The main reason I am not as worried about Tac Insert as you? We can disable it. And, I just did for Free-For-All (hardcore and core) variants. It will still work in Private Matches in Free for All, but then you don’t get XP in Private Matches so it can’t be used for boosting.
The game has a reporting system. Report boosters and let’s make examples of them. Once you lay the ban hammer on enough bad people word will get around that we don’t take too kindly to this sort of thing.

Its sweet to see the M40 back, even though i am an R700 man. And i love all of the camos.
But they need to bring back the MP5, not the MP5K, the straight up beast MP5 from COD4. I don't see why IW took it off of MW2, it was the best gun on COD4, and one of if not the most popular.Comment

This. I was so hyped up about MW2. COD4 was arguably the best shooter ever, and MW2 looked as if it would beat it. Like i always i beat the campaign before i jumped into multiplayer. The campaign did not disappoint, i loved it. It was intense and actually had a decent storyline, even if it did get confusing at times. And i thought the multiplayer was decent for about two weeks, then i really started to see the flaws.
Overpower Perks
Overpowered and Annoying Killstreaks
Big and Annoying Fucking Russia Sized Maps
Cheap Guns
A Ton Of Glitches
And the list just got bigger as the months progressed. I've said it before, IW tried to do too much with this game, they really tried too hard, and they failed. There isn't as much hype around Blackops, but i think it will be better than MW2.Comment

COD Points
You still unlock items, abilities, and customization options through leveling up. You’re still gaining experience, but you’re also earning COD Points at the same time. Let’s use specific examples to see how this works. For perks, when you reach level 4, all perks become available for purchase. When you unlock Killstreaks at level 10, they all become available for purchase. And when you unlock great new features such as Custom Reticles, they become available for purchase for all guns. This lets you purchase what you want, when you want it. Just make sure you have the money.
Can’t wait to throw on an ACOG Sight on that new Commando assault rifle you just purchased? No interest in the Red Dot Sight? Skip right over it. No need to grind for kills. Save up your money and purchase the ACOG Sight instead. Can’t wait to demolish your enemies with the RC Car killstreak? Make it your first purchase after unlocking killstreaks.
This is just a sample of the options you can explore and purchase, but we’re not giving away all of our secrets just yet.
