    Dynamic Contracts

Call of Duty: Black Ops’ multiplayer uses a new feature, in addition to the usual challenges, called Contracts. Contracts are bought by the player with CoD Points, which will then direct them to complete whichever objective is required within a certain amount of time. Completion of a contract will yield a higher CoD point payout than was originally paid for the contract itself.

The mercenary Contract “SPAS Cruelty”, for example, is bought for 50 COD Points and requires you to get 25 kills with the SPAS in 40-minutes of time alive in-game. The reward for completing this particular Contract is 250 COD Points. A neat new feature.

The best thing about Contracts, though, is that fact they will be dynamic. Treyarch will make different Contacts available each week to keep the selection fresh. So, if you complete all the Contracts in the list it’s not a problem, there will be some new ones to take on within 7-days.

So you better get those Contracts done because they will soon disappear. Then who knows when the ones you didn’t complete will return, giving you another chance!

Going to be disappointed if I can't play co-op this year. Hopefully they'll add it as DLC

Gameservers.com is a dedicated server reseller and they are the ones I've used for at least the last 6 years for my game servers and currently my ventrillo server.

Quick inside thing. Gameservers.com lost a bitch load of money on MW2 due to the no dedi server thing. They presold quite a few and part of the offers for pre ordering your server was getting free months of cod4 and 5 till the release of the game. Some people had preordered like 6 to 8 months before and didn't pay anything for their service over the 4 to 5 month period when no one knew what mw2 was going to be.

Not only did they have to refund everyone's pre order but they lost all that money on the free accounts they gave out so I'm not surprised they pull this exculsive deal.

            Leafs offseason training!

So basically Activision told them "Fuck you very much" last game and now they are making it up to them?

I liked MW and MW2 due to the time period they were played in and disliked WAW due to the time period as well.. So what time is this game take place in? Just looking for a few key points on this game and why I should/shouldnt pick this up..

                      Appreciate it.

Modern Weapons you saw in CoD4 and MW2.

Lot's of design changes from MW2 to Black Ops. Has been expected to be more like the CoD4 iteration than MW2.

No. Gameservers is probably one of the biggest game server places. I just used them as an example.

More then likely gameservers was the highest bidder or they've worked with them before.

Train. Train. Train. If you want to be the best, you’ve got to know your stuff – your maps, your equipment, and your abilities. Hesitate and you’re done for.

Welcome to the new Combat Training mode, soldiers. Strengthen your skills in Free-For-All or Team Deathmatch on any multiplayer map against a full set of Practice Dummies. Practice alone or train with other players online. The experience and currency you earn in Combat Training is saved separately from your online multiplayer soldier, but everything you unlock remains within the mode.

Combat Training is a great resource for all player levels.

New players and those typically interested only in single player can jump in to learn the basics of the multiplayer experience and get a feel for different loadouts. Familiarize yourself with the maps and evolve your fighting strategies before joining competitive play.

Veterans can use Combat Training to their advantage, as well. Work out new strategies and fine tune loadouts without affecting your kills/death ratio. Nail down formations and team chemistry with your clan, and choose the maps you need to work on to get a better sense of spawn points and player flow.

Picking it up with 5 or 6 of my friends and we are gonna all bring our tvs in his basement and not go to school the next day.

Big Benito + 6 tvs + Black Ops = Priceless.
