I was playing Brothers last nite...the controls take a bit to get used to. Novel idea and just a great looking game. My graphics whore meter moved.

According to the Internetz you're wrong. The Games On Demand version is the Complete Edition.

Just because they list the DLC after it? That doesn't mean crap. M$ would love to sell you shit twice.
I found a post on Gamefaqs where someone said he bought the GoD version and then bought the 1000pt DLC and was kicking himself because the GoD version was the CE.
Not to mention the only Platinum Hits is the CE. I just don't know why they make it so confusing. Well, actually I do.

Could these sales be anymore difficult to find. I had to search for most of them by title. For instance, Brothers wasn't showing un the daily deals (countdown to 2014 sale) or the weekly deals. Without CAG O would've never known they existed.
Earlier when I downloaded Brothers and MC I saw that Blitz was still on sale. I already have it on PS3 but I know there are tons of people here that forget they own a PS3 or never turn it on. So after my run on the treadmill I go back to download it and it's back to $15. Lame.
