The Welcome Back offers aren't on there yet. I am hearing that they will be coming in the 2nd update this week which I hear is suppose to be Thursday

It's time to catch up on some shit. If you're getting errors in the Store, just keep trying until it works. I think it's getting bogged down the same way when Sony restored online services.

Hopefully, it'll be running smoother tomorrow so I can buy the L.A. Noire DLC and claim some other stuff.

If it's this bad at 2am on a Thursday I can't even imagine how bad it will be during the "normal" hours.
