The Marvel level pack and characters for LBP came out yesterday, along with the Sweet Tooth mod and vehicle for ModNation Racers. I think I saw on Twitter the other day that the Sony characters, Nate Drake, Ratchet, Kratos, etc will be coming to MNR next week. They will probably all be $1.99.


Also, on the rumor front, apparently Hulu Plus is coming to PSN first. I know there was a lot of hoopla about Hulu coming to 360 a few months ago but now it looks like it will hit PSN first. The only thing is that it is $10 per month and you must ne a PSN+ subscriber. That's not any different than being a Xbox Live subscriber, so...

I've used Hulu only a handful of times so I couldn't care less. $10/month seems pretty cool if you're one of those people rebelling against their cable/sattelite companies. Combine Hulu with Netflix streaming and you pretty much have all your bases covered.

yea they said the beta portion of Hulu Plus is only available to PSN+ , but once it goes full steam, any PSN user can just pay the $10 a month.

Anyone buy Death Spank? I only got to try the demo for about five minutes earlier. It seems pretty fun and it's been getting good reviews.

i was thinking of getting it, i have $6 in my ps wallet i believe. only thing that made me question it was 8 hrs of gameplay for $15. I wish it was even a $10 game.

Read what you just said. EIGHT hours of game play for $15? Most $60 games are that long.

DeathSpank takes 15 hours to 100% so you pay a dollar and hour.

Sony is really dropping the ball here. Xbox is in full swing with their Summer of Arcade (even though Hydro Thunder sucks dick) and Sony hasn't release any exclusive PSN games in the past several weeks.

i wont buy a 60 game unless it has 20 hours or more of gameplay or i will spend a significant amount of time in multiplayer. I usually rent anything less, you're probably right that its a decent amount of playtime for a psn title maybe im just cheap. I buy things on PSN like Mortal Kombat 2 which have unlimited replay value to me whenever someone around my age comes over.

That's not my point. But there is basically no overhead with arcade games. It's almost all profit. They are seriously missing an opportunity here. There's a reason why MS tries to put their A+ arcade titles out during the summer. Not only di you usually have a gaming lull but it's when all the kiddies are home bored.
