UPDATED PSA: The Welcome Back program now expires at 9 AM PDT on Tuesday morning.Comment

LOL at Sony continuing to buckle under the pressure. Now, granted, they did initially say "through July 3rd" which everyone would think means until midnight. But somehow they decide to just pull it down in the middle of the day.
But the only reason this is a problem is for clowns that wait until the last possible second. People are waiting to start their Plus subscription as late as possible. Like one extra day of PS+ is going to make that much of a difference.Comment

I then looked at the Welcome Back menu through the PSN Store and found a link to DLing a free month of PS+ again.
I clicked it and now according to my Transactions statement, I'm going to get another free month of PS+ until August 3rd.
Can't say if it'll work for everyone but I'd get on that shit if you all have the same option.
TL;DR - I'm technically getting another free month of PS+ until SONY figures out what's going on.Comment

I'm thinking either someone fucked up with the dates (in which case, unless the U.K. and other countries see the same loophole, they're gonna be pissed when someone opens their fat mouth on Twitter/Facebook/Google+) OR...
Someone's in the systems again (in which case, I'm going to be pissed when I can't get my rosters for NCAA '12) OR...
SONY's doing it on purpose. (HIGHLY UNLIKELY)Comment

Man...
All I saw this week was Bomberman ULTRA.
...so who's getting it?Comment

That's the free game, right? If so, of course I'm getting it.Comment

Well, I would download it if I could get online. I just turned on my PS3 and it didn't sign me into PSN. Then I tried signing in manually and got "An error has occurred. You have been signed out of the PlayStation Network (80710016)." WTF?
Edit: According to this site, http://www.ps3errorcodes.com/ps3-error-80710016/ , it means PSN is down. Anyone else have issues?Comment
