Can PS3 handle 1TB's? I haven't heard of anyone with one.

As long as it's small enough and the right rpm speed...it should work. At first they didn't make 1tb HDD that would fit but there are several that would work now.

They keep bringing it up on Beyond how the Vita's not making shit overseas because the PSP's making all the money on stuff like Monster Hunter, [insert JRPG here] and whatever else is popular at the time.

It's looking more and more grim when it's easier for companies that have experience with the older systems to churn out titles using what knowledge they've gained since the PSP hit.

That and Nintendo's been killing them since the price drop, cheap phone games have been readily available and easier to obtain, and those darn hackers allowing frugal gamers to get hundreds of old ROMS and the like with a DL or two.

Why drop $300 plus when you can grab freebies of stuff you know you'll enjoy and play?

I think it's slick and very easy to find stuff, especially with the intuitive search feature.

Maybe it's because I've only used it three times.

Have you used the Xbox dash at least once? That's all the comparison you need.
