Its really fun tho

I'm sure it is, as are DCUO, Warframe, etc. All games that will take up space that I will probably never play. I rarely ever use aircraft in Battlefield so I can't see myself investing time in a game that is nothing but flying...with some tanks.

Is Towerfall local co-op only? I thought I remember it not supporting online play. Maybe that was just while it was exclusive to the Ouya.

Towerfall doesn't look like anything I would give any fucks about.

You can play it against/with NPCs if you'd like.

It's really meant for couch co-op the way it's set up.

If you like Metroid/Castlevania-type games, Strider's right up your alley.

A lot of running around, being a ninja assassin and destroying an entire nation of Commie Cyborgs by yourself is ALWAYS fun.

I was getting Strider confused with another game. The one I'm thinking about looks a lot better though. I remember it had this kick ass 8-bit style graphics and the creator of the game had some terminal illness and was racing against the clock to complete his game. Is this ringing any bells for anyone or did I imagine this?

The only game similar to Strider that I could think of might be one of the Shinobi series...

But I dunno if a dude was literally time-crunched for it or not.
