    So... you playing MP?

They did a new thing with the 2.0 update - Templar Score. There are three types of games (free for all, co-op and team), and you can get a score for each and total. I think it's based on your top 3 scores in the week.

I only play free for all, but I'm currently #33 in the world.

Just a bump for the new DLC.

They expanded the single player - Leonardo Da Vinci gets kidnapped. I haven't played through the missions yet.

On multiplayer, they added two new modes (Assassinate and Escort), four new characters, and one new map (day and night). Also, the pre-sale characters are now available to everyone. I think there are 19 now.

God, this game is still sitting in my room unopened. I need to borrow AC2 from a friend first, though.

The multiplayer is addicting as hell. I haven't played a game this much online since Quake 3.

By the time I get to play it, I doubt anyone will be online.

Jump in now... there are plenty of people. I wouldn't recommend doing ranked matches first, though. Those will be tougher.

Feel free to hit me up if you see me online, assuming you're on PS3 (Pillsy74).

There are also a few really good people on the ubisoft forums who have videos up of their gameplay; it's helpful to watch them.

I'm on Spring Break, so I'm away from my 360, but I'll be sure to check out those videos.

Just wondering who has finished the DLC yet. I have, and I thought it was a solid story mode. And a little bit more was thrown in about what happened after the end of the game- it wasn't just a memory forced in randomly like the previous games.

Yeah - I liked the new guys talking more.

You don't realize that Ezio is 47 at that point in the game!

I also liked how they referenced Leonardo and Salai's... relationship.

I'm glad the decided to include trophies/cheevos for this DLC. Both AC2 DLC packs were sans trophies/cheevos which was complete bullshit.

I got one of the hardest achievements in multiplayer the other night - Extreme Variety. You need *15* different bonuses to get it.

Now, if I can somehow get a triple escape, I'll get the platinum "Abstergo Employee of the Month" trophy.

just started playing this, yeah its more of the same but the story is actually engaging and running around ancient Rome is very cool...

and along the way you learn things about history that you may have never bothered to ask, for example....I had no idea they had lace Booty shorts in the 1500's!?

I'm biased so let me ask it here:

I liked Assassin's Creed. I loved AC2 and Brotherhood. How different are these games?

My wife tried AC. She said she didn't like it because it was too repetitive. Do I even try to get her to play AC2 or Brotherhood?
The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.
As he went, he said: "O my son Absalom! My son, my son Absalom!
If only I had died instead of you
O Absalom, my son, my son!"

Yes. AC is very repetitive. AC2 is not. The missions are much better, and mostly unique.
