When it comes to business EA's pimp hand is strong. A lot of people have this strange mentality that they can't go a year without an NFL video game, so EA can do whatever they want. They could leave 4 teams out of Madden 11 and still sell a ton of copies.

I hold out hopes because NCAA 11 is a pretty solid game. Perfect? No. But it's the first time I've had true fun playing next-gen football.
If that can be done with Madden, I will be very happy, because I am an NFL fan. NCAA football is simply a diversion.

Guess we will know soon. A final or very near final version of the complete game was just released on the Internet for those folks with hacked Xbox 360's.

I bought '10 and already have my deposit on '11. It's the only game that gives me the actual players and stadiums so I'll be playing it....lol

i think another thing to make note of is that OS is basically a blowjob waiting to happen for EA, thats why everyone hated the MM/EA merger because they police anti EA shit pretty tightly. if THEY are bashing the demo. its REALLY bad.

But on the other hand I basically created what we want in Online Franchise to go along side the game, so really I (and those in TGT) get a better version of Madden than anyone else

I don't think the version of Madden '11 was the final gold copy of the game. The timestamp for the madden.exe file from the disk is over a month old. Even with the way EA has treated the game in the past few years, I don't think they would close it to all changes almost 2 months before launch....think we have a copy to evaluate that is a release candidate that they shared with some insiders and industry VIP's.
