The demo is out on both PSN and 360 MP.

I played it and it's pretty damn fun. Good cover mechanics and the shooting is decent. Driving wasn't great but I think a lot has to do with the old ass cars.

The music is going to be boss.

Mafia still had the BEST storyline ever in my opinion. Downloaded this last night, but still haven't played it. I'm very excited for this game though. Hope it's just as great as the first one.

Sidenizzle - Mafia was the shit on PC, but on the consoles it wasn't that great control wise. Driving was always it's weakest part.

That's what I've always heard. I think the first one was free on PC for like a day while ago but I missed out on it.

I turned the driving to simulation instead of normal. Really liked it. Shooting is kinda meh. Wish it was tighter. Definitely could enjoy this game.

Game just isn't for me the more I play it. Not a bad game by any means, just not my kind of game. I was never a Grand Theft Auto guy and I see a lot of similarities with it.

I agree. The shooting isn't the tightest but it's not bad by any means.

If I do buy this game, and that's a big "if" because my backlog is immense, I know what version I'm getting...

not many games have been as fun as that one was. i only hated the car race part, always took me like 5 goes and that race was forever.

Can't believe no one mentioned the best collectibles in any game ever. Playboy Magazines with actual pictures from the real magazine. There was one in the house if you missed it.

Was the first thing I picked up (aside from the phone). Says there's 5 in the demo, 50 in the actual game.

Yeah, I saw that. Pretty cool.

Did anyone see the screenshots posted on NeoGaf comparing the PS3/360 version? I can't link it from this computer. Apparently the grass textures in the game look like shit on the PS3 version. Personally I'll take the extra free content over some cool grass but I know some people care.

First thing I hear when I play the demo? BUDDY HOLLY!

The licensed music from the time period is a huge plus, but it sucks there is no multiplayer in the game.
