Don't think they can enforce this. Once they charge you for your year at discount price, you can take your cc off their system. People have also said it says it will be auto renewed if not taking off in their receipt; therefore, sounding like it can be undone. I think they hope to catch some people not paying attention and leave their cc information on their for the whole year. They can charge them and tell them it was stated in the agreement. Since they didn't take it off or undo auto renewal, they have the right to charge them regular price for the following yar.
I hope you're right but my cousin bought it last night. When I told him about the fine print he turned auto-renewal off and it immediately canceled the subscription.

It won't let him re-purchase either.
That's strange. I read on CAG that it won't charge your CC till your current subscription is expired. Mine expires in 12/11, so if I signed up for this today, it wouldn't charge me till 1/12. I would take my info off 2/12...at least that is what I read on CAG.
