Finally beat Horde Mode on normal. We beat wave 49 with only 4 people, then Fappin jumped in and we beat 50.

Beast Mode is pretty fun too actually, not all that challenging though.

Versus modes online feel a lot more fun and accessable this time. I can see myself actually playing GOW beyond the campaign now.

More games need to have 4 player co-op in campaign. Playing with Twiggles, Medellin and Buzzman was a blast tonight.

So, who's actually going to break down and buy the season pass? I almost feel like I have to. I have plenty of MS points so that isn't an issue and if I wait the content is obviously going to be more expensive. As much fun as I've had just playing the campaign and Horde and Beast mode it seems like a must. Plus the added benefit of more maps for versus which I haven't even tried yet?

I bought All Fronts for Gears 2 when it first released as a package for $20 and did not regret it at all. Well worth it. But that was after all the maps had been released and there was added single player. I know Epic will probably come through but it's hard to plunk down $30 on something without having any idea what you're getting.

Does anyone remember how long this season pass deal lasts? I checked the marketplace last night and it didn't specify. Is it a limited time thing or can I wait until at least the first DLC comes out and get it then?

While I hate the idea of these damn things, I probably will as well. Like you mentioned with, I as well have had a blast with this, and got the All Fronts DLC for Gears 2. I figure I might as well fork over the $30 now so it'll end up being cheaper, b/c I'm sure I'll end up getting all of the DLC anyways.
