damn....I am 10 hours in. Complete Liara, Noveria, and almost done with Feros.

I need to finish this weekend! I am a bitch Paragon

I'm going to try and grind out ME2 this weekend alone, I think I'll do an under 20 hour run here cause there's some parts of ME2 I've only ever done once (like all the DLC) and it was a long time ago.


Hopefully I can then squeeze in a total paragon run in time for ME3 to go with this renegade run and my original save file of choosing whatever the hell I feel like.

how quickly can u bang out ME2 if you just run through story?

Speed runs have been as low as 2.5 hours, but everyone dies because you do zero loyalty missions.

ME2 is different because your story and the events are drastically altered by how much you play. I intend on seeing through all the "missions" not all the "assignments" (aka side missions) and choosing renegade.

I'll report back on how it goes.

Addendum: Another copy just touched down in the Vegas desert.

Not sure if I'd risk freezing cold, snakes, scorpions and spiders to get it though.

The story aspect is surprisingly short and the combat/ai is pretty bad in ME1. Too often do enemies just go behind a crate to merely wait for you to come kill them. Every mako part you can just drive past everyone without any fear of death.

i have noticed this too in my renegade run. the combat is super easy almost to the point of being bored

Apparently Bioware sent a team to fetch the copy.

Also, the NYC drop went unscatched (no impossible to scale location)... the cops were called though because 'large mass of people' = 'possible national security threat' these days.

Especially at night when you can't see shit and the GPS only does so much.
