I don't even have Skyrim anymore, and I'm talking about the PS3 version being shitty, which it most certainly is... And my room mate has Skyrim for the 360 so I'll get around to playing through it all glitch free when I feel like it.Comment

I have a kidney stone, so i've been home and off work the last week and a half on medical leave... skyrim is like the perfect companion to some percocet. huge world with endless things to do, it has really helped me get through this bullshit by giving me something more interesting to think about. i have been playing a conj/archer guy with enough blacksmith to craft glass armor and enough enchant to dress it up nice. i use the bound bow becuase its a goddamn death cannon and the whole automatic soul trap thing is pretty amazing for effectively effort free enchantment raising (and PILES of cash too). the banishing summons is also pretty sweet because it essentially frees up my own atronarch to run riot on pasty casters.Comment

Update on PS3 DLC
Earlier in the month, we provided an update on Dawnguard's status for PS3.
It's been a few weeks, and we wanted to make sure everyone knows where we're at with Dawnguard. Skyrim is a massive and dynamic game that requires a lot of resources, and things get much more complex when you're talking about sizable content like Dawnguard. We have tried a number of things, but none of them solve the issue enough to make Dawnguard good for everyone. The PS3 is a powerful system, and we're working hard to deliver the content you guys want. Dawnguard is obviously not the only DLC we’ve been working on either, so the issues of adding content get even more complicated. This is not a problem we’re positive we can solve, but we are working together with Sony to try to bring you this content.
We wish we had a more definitive answer right now. We understand the frustration when the same content is not available on all platforms. When we have an update, we will certainly let you know. We deeply appreciate all the time and support you have given us, and we’ll keep doing our best to return that.Comment

i just said that in the random thread. started up a new game on skyrim with a shitload of mods. i dont have dawnguard but i am playing the main quest right now. very early...gonna do mage quests, then move the main story to near completion while also joining the stormcloaks so i can take over windhelm.
but these mods are kick ass...i was bitching the other day about no footprints in the snow...there is a mod for that....lol
here is my mod list...anything you recommend beyond what i have?

So many of your mods look familiar. I don't know if you have or have seen these. If not, you may want to check them out.
Skyrim School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - has some pretty powerful new spells. Don't use it much except for the teleport spells which ends up being the same as fast trabeling.

i already have the skyrim hd mod and caralux lighting mod...they both work together but i have read that some of the texture mods dont work together. the caralux mod is awesome cause it adds light poles along paths and improves lighting in towns. looks pretty cool.Comment
