Beat Saints Row 1 a few days ago (just the story line, not the activities), borrowing Saints Row 2 from my friend and about 20% done already, probably gonna pick this up after Christmas.

I just beat it today and this one seemed like a step back from 2. I ended up playing it just to beat it not because it was fun.

Not sure why you guys thought that......I thought it was a great game. I couldn't put it down. The only thing I wish they had done was brought back a few of the mini games like Septic Avenger and gotten rid of the more tedious ones like Snatch.

It just feels too corny and stupid for me, they way overdid themselves. None of the gangs or storylines are even believable, and I understand their approach, but this game just strays a lot from what Saints Row 2 was.

I don't know maybe I will get more into it, but the first two Saints Row games and the PS2 GTA games were much better, in my opinion.

So I stole an H1 (or Bulldog as I guess it's called in this game), and put it my garage. Upgraded the durability. That thing is a fucking tank now. Love driving that around, especially when things get heated.

Don't feel like looking threw the thread, but has anyone else come across the bug during the Nyte Blayde Returns mission? Where when you get in the room with him the screen just reloads and reloads endlessly?

EDIT: Never mind. After a few restarts and a dashboard back out, I finally got it to work.

no sir....no bugs that i saw the entire game. I cant wait for some DLC

Beat the story a few minutes ago. Shit was crazy. Definitely didn't disappoint. The "boss fight" at the end reminded me a lot of Uncharted 2's final boss fight.

Just completed the murderbrawl mission, brought back memories of watching wrestling. Great mission, the utter ridiculousness of beating him with a plastic shark, and a urinal had me giggling the whole time.
