I was battling Padman for that MVP spot (even if he wasn't even paying attention ). He got with like 200 points with under 10 tickets left.

I would say taking MVP with padman and his cheat codes in the same game/team is a nice accomplishment

While I'll never place Top 5 in Gun Master (unless it's rigged by myself or otherwise), I've taken to snatching tags and cutting bitches with my new ACB.

Nothing says, "fuck you, neither of us win" than leaving gouging wounds in the guy that just shot you to pieces.

Knifing actually helps to win because it drops a kill from the total count of the poor bastard on the other end. In other words, anyone on the wrong end of a blade has to get one additional kill to win unless they didn't have a kill, and it's possible to drop them down a level.

I know that if you stick them and get the tag-stealing animation, they go down a level (it's happened to me and some of the smarted folks know this or some of the dumber ones are learning through bloodied osmosis).

I've slashed motherfuckers up like Jason Voorhees (no tags but I get the "JayDizzle04 [ACB-90] PoorBastard" kill line) but I've zipped around the map without looking down to see if I made progress against them.

I'll assume it works both ways.

Finally got my wins for SQDDM Jay lol. I will never use that gun I unlocked, but I am trying to just unlock everything anyways.

IDK why, but I can hit someone like 4 times in the upper body/face with the ACR and nothing happens. Really starting to piss me off because it is a powerful ass gun IRL.

Also they need to patch the mortar system in this game. It is absurd that it takes 2 DEAD ON hits to get a kill. 1 hit within 40 meters of ANYONE would blow someone to pieces. Fuck you DICE..

Addendum: GG to Rylo and Co. this evening.

Gun Master lead to TDMC on two CQ maps.

After that, SQDM where we went 1-1 with us bossing up in Grand Bazaar on the 'B' hallway with our squad of Medics and Engineers.

Nothing but rezzing, med packs and gatting fools down because they were stupid enough to file through the same meatgrinder of a doorway.

EDIT: Just got done putting in some time with Brink on TDM and Conquest.

We didn't win much (I never had the right kit when I needed rockets... I miss the remote controlled launcher from BC2 so bad ) but Brink kept in high spirits.

I soon hope the entire [FOOT] Clan can share in another Big Goddamn Heroes moment.

Also, GG tonight with Trm, Bauer, Brink and Padman.

T, Bauer and myself ended up on a Hardcore Conquest server with a guy who sounded like Harry Potter.

Because the guys you spot never show that orange blip above their head/vehicle and only on other's HUD, you REALLY need to emphasize teamwork.

That and your mic better be working and set to "Team" or else you're gonna be on an island.

Also, we spanked ass on Rush Metro at the second section with Brink beforehand...

After we lost 'A', it came down to a lot of rezzing, medkitting and expert marksmanship for our team.

After all that, me and Padman finished up some of the Co-Op with a round of shouting "WTF" at the screen everytime an alarm was set on "Exfiltration."

Fucking PLR employing "Return of the Living Dead" zombies because those MFers took 2 or MORE headshots and STILL set the alarm at times.

Still, overall, it was an awesome night for the [FOOT] Clan and subsidiaries of said [FOOT].

I also looked at a video on how to do a perfect run on Drop 'Em Like Liquid. That looks like no fun at all.

Thankfully the CPU has fixed routines, HP counts and programming to allow the common player to whip their dicks out on the game.

If DICE ever got it into their heads to make the Battlefield series a rogue-like... whole mountains of broken discs will appear out of thin air.
