Jay, I don't know what you do to get yourself banned from rented servers so much. Was Trm banned from that server too?

If I could guess, it'd be either using the DAO-12 (straight Buck, no Frag or Flechette), manual SOFLAMing like it was my job and being the lucky recipient of so many "Suppression Assist Kill/Vehicle Passenger Kill/Kill"s whenever I ride shotgun in a Chopper or a Tank.

I'm average to OK at best in this game but when I get a leg up, whoever's running the server gets antsy; especially if I take his Tags

Addendum: I'd assume T got booted too because homie was flying the AH-Viper that assisted in the assraping before I got banned.

That and he had FIFA league games to finish.

I can only imagine the owner/admins got ban happy during that match because they were losing. A lot of guys on the US side didn't finish the match.

Who knows what the fee will be but knowing how much you guys dig BF3, it might be a small price to pay to get more enjoyment out of this game.

EA has confirmed the price of the upcoming Battlefield 3 Close Quarters DLC: the content pack will cost $15 on all platforms. Close Quarters includes 4 new maps, a new game mode, and 10 new weapons, including the AUG and SCAR assault rifles, and the SPAS-12 shotgun.

Regarding launch, the newest report suggests that Close Quarters will launch on June 1 for PlayStation 3 owners, and on June 11 for PC and Xbox 360 owners. EA and Sony have an agreement to bring Battlefield 3 DLC exclusively to the PS3 at least one week ahead of the other platforms.

Battlefield 3 Close Quarters highlights:

•Close quarter, interior combat
•New maps, weapons, and Assignments
•Improved destruction, called “HD destruction”
•New dog tags
•Map sizes: 2-16 players

This is huge and should be more than worth it. Its pretty much a given that another major Battlefield won't be released until another couple years or so. I will definitely be playing it up until then. Who needs COD

You should be able to find the official DICE servers if you search "DICE". Just make sure it's owned by DICE as there are some custom servers that put DICE in the title to draw players.

If you just want the default ticket counts, "normal setting" or "normal" would probably work in the search bar.

I read that the Premium is rumored at $60. Not sure how I feel about that price. Especially if I get the CQ maps when they come out.
