Pretty much exactly the same for me. I love having the option to be able to play every game that comes out.
But if I had to choose one it would be the PS3. All of my close friends have a PS3 so if I'm going to play something online it's going to be on PS3. All of them had 360's as well at one point but got rid of it or sold it after they got tired of it breaking on them.
I still have one....Comment

Not really...Multiple games are on both consoles, there has to be a reason why you prefer to play game x on the ps3 over the 36, for example. Usually that choice comes down to graphics, reliability, live experience, price. The only time games really matter are with exclusive games.Comment

I bought my Xbox 360 and the PS3 was free. My mom found it in a car at her work that hadn't been claimed in a long time so the possessions in the car were free for anyone to take.

PS3 - bought for blu-ray and sport games.
360 - for the online gaming (when I actually go online)
Wii - got it just because it was so hard to get and walked in a Gamestop and they had 1 left (saw a guy come in with one next door while waiting for a haircut). Now it's my wife's gaming system.Comment

I like the chance to be able to play exclusive games for both systems.
Besides that, my preference is to play online with the 360, because that is what most of my friends have. My PS3 is used as a Blu Ray player for me as well- that is where it gets most of its use, except for exclusive titles.Comment
