I just switched(offline) to Wide batting camera results thru 2 games

Game 1
Playing the Mets(I lost 8-7) against the Marlins Ricky Nolasco pitching:

7 Runs on 9 hits(one 2B, 3B, and HR) with only 3 strikeouts by Mets batters

Game 2
playing the Mets(I won 14-9) against the Phillies Cole Hamels pitching:

14 RUNS on 19 HITS(two 2B, and 6 HRs 2 each by Pagan, Wright, and Bay)

Veteran hitting Diff. with Zone hitting.

Yea, anything online for the ps3 is going to have its flaws.

idk who these people are that he plays, but its pretty obvious that they are not too good. i recognize our guys like moon, brotha ect. But he has a guy that he played 3 times and struck out 24 times or more each game. one game he had 28 strike outs....there is only 27 out in a 9 inning game. that one went 16....but my point is that if they cant hit they probably cant pitch either

I have only play 3 games with the rangers so yeah you jumped on my horrible pitchers I used not to mention on Veteran hitting. I was not used to the difference in the slower speed.

no, not trying to insult u. just trying to counter the pro AS hitting is the way to go sediment. not saying your a bad player at all. but playing on a lower level should not be an excuse for not being able to hit. if it was a higher level, sure i would buy that. but remember we changed it to Vet hitting. you were still seeing pitches from AS pitching

probably when the 14 day waiting thing is up. personally i think right now is spring training and thats how i am using it.

but i hope we only use 12-16 players. first week out and the activity for the game is terrible. im not just talking online. overall it doesnt look like more than a dozen of league guys are even playing this game

yeah it doesnt look good already. pretty sad. I'm a baseball fanatic and its my favorite sport and I just wish more people played this terrific game on a consistent basis.

On a side not I played a game as the Rays and got to witness Manny Cheese! lol

No, lol. Sometimes there are pictures of vehicles on it, most of the time nothing is on it.

GG, im still not sure how I feel about vet hitting. Oppo HRs without even making contact on the PCI is the type of thing i was afraid of. Seems like too much contact is made, lots of ground outs etc, but sometimes you make contact on shit that there is NO WAY it should. I did it a few times myself that game. Ball outside, and I swing inside and low and hit it up the middle. makes no sense. :confused2:

i have a different opinion. that HR burrell hit was timed late and i didnt catch it with the PCI. sometimes your gonna have that happen. it was one hit out of 16.

personally, i think the problem for people i am playing on vet hitting is a lack of patients at the plate and their pitching
