dont recall much about this game it was Thursday night I believe I Think I started big pelph and I know he threw Verlander...I think was expecting Verlander to throw a lil harder in the game(I think he topped out at 95-96), but Zumala or however its spelled was def. still bringin the HEAT. Jesus..... Just had a 15 inning marathon with Maynard. Maynard's Giants beat my Pirates 5-4 on run scoring double in the bottom of the 15th.

No matter what teams or what year, Maynard and I always seem to have an epic battle whenever we play.

I don't think we're going to force controls because for one I don't think we can and also I don't think it's providing any sort of advantage. Right now I say just use whatever you are comfortable with.

As for the bolded, that's likely it and I'd advise you to wait a pause when your pitcher gets set. Basically sounds like "quick pitching" which is something that pisses most of us off.

I climbed into the League Setup this weekend to check it out. The customization this year is very, very nice with the sliders available.

Like you said KG, I DO NOT believe you will be FORCED to pick one way or the other. It's whatever is to your liking. I think that is awesome!

As I have stated before, I enjoyed trying the analog controls early on, but once I got online and found out how difficult it was to hit in a competitive situation; back to basics for me.

Any word on if Sony is going to waive that silly 14 day rule to start a league? I think they did last year after a few days. I'd love to get the spring training league started and see how the league system works out this year. And I need to make a trade for Pat Burrell.

I think its bullshit because it makes analog a pointless addition. I LOVE the inconsistency of analog pitching (although I dislike fielding/batting with analog). Its more in line with real baseball imo, but why would anyone choose to be more realistic over the easier controls?

Theres no reason why they couldnt just make a league setting for each analog mode. So dumb.

lol...shit that goes back to madden 03.
at first i thought it would be a easy win going up 4-0 and i could tell you seemed rusty or just off. but then the comeback started and was capped when mini beard hung a slider that got jacked for a HR.

the strike outs were way high. each of us had 20 in 15innings. its way hard to time these pitches

im using analog pitching. no chance i will use the meter

im using zone hitting and button fielding but will always use analog pitching
