MGS HD Collection (2, 3 & Peace Walker)

I feel like fighting this dick Will be alot easier in HD. One of my fav boss fights in any game. But god dammit he was tough.

Unless u cheat and let him die of old age which was hilarious.

You can snipe his ass early on in the game and avoid the boss fight altogether. You won't get the items he drops though.

yeah i found that out after my 1st playthrough. I didn't use any walkthrough or anything the 1st time. Needless to say i died several times

I can't remember if I beat him the legit way or cheated and set my PS2 clock a week ahead haha.

I don't know if I'm more stoked about playing Peace Walker (never played it) or replaying MGS2 and MGS3. I played MGS2 through like eight or nine times and it never got old to me.

So this comes with the MSX versions of the first two Metal Gear games. Even more reason for me to buy this.

...MGS3 is subsistence specification, there are MG1 and MG2 which were sold on MSX.

It just seems so strange to include all that and not include MGS 1. I wonder what the reasoning is?

The Japanese version will have a voucher for the first MGS but won't come with Peace Walker.

I think the reason there is no MGS1 is because the graphics are really outdated. I still would love to play the game regardless of grahics, because its still that good, but unless they port twin snakes (which im guessing there is something preventing them from doing that) i can see why they wont do the PS1 version, especially with it being called the HD Collection

I would though very much like to see a remake of Metal Gear 1 and Metal Gear 2 (not solid) maybe even combine them into one back to back game.

I have to imagine Nintendo is the reason we don't have a Twin Snakes HD port with this package. It's unfortunate too.
