Loving this little machine. Still playing alot of rayman origins....getting close to the end. I am fully expecting to never put that game back in my machine once "The Show" goes in...therefore i want to finish it. Was playing it for 2 hours last night while doing my NCAA Online Dynasty Offseason.
The only thing I have a problem with in The Show for the Vita is analog pitching. That shit is tough as hell to be accurate. I hate playing with any other controls so I may have to turn the difficulty of pitching down.
These are the type of games I want for this system. Honestly the screen, power of the system and that second stick is really making this system feel like a PS3 in my hands.
I picked up my Vita this afternoon. Going to be checking it out later tonight. I am all about Hot Shots and the free Motostorm game. Also picked up a copy of The Show for both but I'm going to have to think about it before I open them. Baseball games don't always hold my interest.
I will when my internet is working right. Its been intermittent for about 2 days now. I can deal with one day, but two is pissing me off. I feel like I'm on dial-up

That's exactly how I feel. I'm loving these console experiences in the palm of ny hands. It's that exact reason that I was screaming at my iPod yesterday while listing to a recent CAGcast. Both CheapyD and Shipwreck are the biggest Vita haters and they both just kept saying "I don't know whole this system is for? No one wants to play console-esque games on the thing because they are never as good." Yes, a lot of people do assholes. Not everyone wants to play shitty iPhone glass like those two dicks do constantly. Shipwreck also proceeded to shit all over Uncharted after playing it for 10free minutes at a Target kiosk. I'm at chapter 2420 in that game and I can honestly say that is deserves it's place amongst it's console brethren. It's really fucking good. The graphics are amazing and the story really pocks up around chapter 18 or so. I'm also apparently only about halfway through the game. It's long as hell.
It also pissed me off that based on Shipwreck's local Walmart he said it would only sell like 200k it's first week. I can't wait to listen to thenext show and listen to that douche eat his words.
I really like the system because the games are all pick up and play and all seem to be real good quality so far.
I can finish a round in hot shots in no time, play a quick game of mlb the show, or motorstorm. And that's only three games that I have.
I don;t have alot of time to play video games, I'm just busy most of the time. I'm not even playing the vita on the go either, just pick it up when I get time at home.
If they can continue to tap into games like hot shots, motorstorm, and Unit 13, with having offline competitons against other users scores online, its a perfect mix of multiplayer without sitting there and playing an online game that takes forever. Get a quick video game fix.
One thing Sony needs to do is to pound out some apps. I know it's not made for that, but they can really cut into some market by providing some real good apps, and multi-media apps on par with ipods. If they can do that, this thing has even more power.
I'm very impressed with the vita so far. Just hope it can maintain the fun factor I'm having with it over an extended period of time.
