But then I start playing Unit 13 and that starts sucking me in. Love the stealthiness of Unit 13 and the small mission breakdowns. Great game.

Unit 13 really surprised me with how good it is.

Lately I've been playing ModNation Racers with the occasional MotorStorm thrown in. I only have two more circuits in MNR to complete for Career. There are only five but I've been 100% everything, finding the tokens on each track and completing all the race specific "achievements".

I'm not a big fan of shooters, but Unit 13 is really really good.

Many different ways to accomplish the same goal, to get higher scores. Reminds me of rainbow six, splinter cell, and hitman all rolled up into one. Its one of those games when you start playing, you just keep on playing for awhile it hooks you in.

Honestly when I bought the Vita, I was thinking it might have been an impulsive purchase. No way I could have predicted I would have play it this much. Hot Shots Golf, Unit 13, Motorstorm and the show will keep me busy until football season.

I'm just hoping that the Vita can roll out games up to par with the quality of those 4 that I've played the hell out of.

By the way guys, apparent even though Kmart Gamer is no longer around Kmart is still offering crazy coupons for Vita games. Some come with $25 coupons. But apparently it's online only and you have to be a SYWR member. Shipping is only. 99¢ and they are also offering either 5 or 10% the titles. There is a thread over on CAG.

I cannot freaking hit in MLB The Show RTTS.

But I'm still playing pretty much all my MLB on my Vita. Something about that game is just great on that system

I am getting a bit better bomber.....be patient and do your best to work the count. I am around .250 right now but I am only like 2 months in. NO homeruns yet...

Ya it's hard to explain, but I feel the same exact way. Unit 13 and Hot Shots are also so so good.

What sliders you guys got going for the Show?

Right now I have everything default on veteran except I have pitch speed down two clicks, and I have CPU Power, and CPU Solid hits up 2 clicks.

Yeah. But you can score loads more points playing in co-op. I believe you can play the HVT missions with two people as well.

Playing with Handle IT was a blast. Coordinating one of us flanking while the other pops a dude in the head was like sweet music. And the voice chat through the built in mic is great.

I'm batting around .250, 1 HR, maybe 9 RBI's? I'm not sure how many games, maybe 2 months.
I had to move from SS to 2nd base because I was making too many errors.


I am using timing only with the buttons. I can't use the stick at all on Vita but on PS3, I only use the stick for hitting and fielding.

I know I said I was thinking of buying The Show but what I would really like is a Vita version of one of the MLB Power/Bobblehead Pros. Even if it was just a downloadable version like the last one was on XBLA.
