If the release day roster is out in Friday I'll get it. It will be cool to try out FIFA and NHL early too. In years past I would have probably paid $80 to have the game 3 days early anyways. Fuck me for being impatient.

Last year EA figured out a way to dip their hands into the resale market via the online pass. This year they figure out how to cut the legs out from under the shops that sell the game early (sometimes for a premium). I don't like it but I have to tip my hat to the limitless scope of their greed

I'm the one that started it. I feel like punching myself the balls and I'm not sure if it's cause I was wrong to bash the idea and that it saves me hunting the game early or if it's just cause EA gets more money than I want to give them.
