Started a new game with Axton yesterday and I like playing as that class more than gunzerker. The turret is awesome to have but no regenerating health does suck.

Does anyone know if you face the same amount of enemies playing solo as you would in co-op?

The encounters scale depending on who you bring with you.

There might be more dudes, the dudes you fight might use better guns and gear...

Or you might fight harder versions of each thug.

EX: At Level 3, you fight Psychos while at Level 30, you might fight Badass Maniacs on Solo.

It only gets tougher with more people.

As a side effect, the game doesn't scale to you until you hit a New Game+.

Axton does have regenrating health but you will not get it until your second skill point is earned. forget the name of the perk , but scroll to the right and health regen is linked to your shield level - w/ shields @ full strength, your health will regen @ .6 pts per second or something like that. More points = faster regen, plus class mods (which I haven't found yet) will add party health regen.

Did they get rid of transfusion grenades? That's the only type I used when running solo in BL1.

We're somewhere around Level 17-18 now for our characters.

There was a lot of sidemissions done.

Also, we exploded a train and fought a lot of robots.

I say anymore and I spoil the story.

I'm sure nobody would object to catching you up in exchange for XP from you hosting though.

While we wouldn't get the Quest Rewards (and sometimes XP/money too), any XP we'd get from killin' dudes and Loot we'd get to pick up would be a sufficient trade for help you out.

Also, BC2 Dream Team's gotta stick together.
