Beat Terramorphous with Jay and Donny. Jay and I got him down to about quarter health after about ten minutes before Donny joined and finished him off. It was a tough fight made worse by Terramorphous going invisible on my screen for stretches.

I was level... 32-33 in that fight?

Pad and Donny were at 50.

I went from having almost a quarter of a million dollars to $1000 and some change after that Boss Raid due to buying ammo and rez charges.

Still, I got the trophy and all the leftover loot that Pad and Donny didn't pick over that I immediately sold (it was all Level 50) to get $450,000 and some change in my wallet.

im getting annoyed by these keys. its a cheap way to get followers. how gay is it to have to enter those stupid codes too. why not just make keys an achievement bonus. earn them by playing the game

It's funny you mention that.

I should've taken a screen shot but just before Borderlands 2 was released, he had a little over 20,000 followers.

He's now over 130,000. LOL

I'd imagine if the only way to access Purples and Oranges was to pay for DLC keys, there might be a bit of an uproar.

who said dlc? that would be even dumber than the codes. of course codes are better than dlc. but codes are lame compared to the various other free options. paying for friends on twitter is a fail

Have any of you guys ever had loot go missing from your backpack? I completed a mission in "The Dust" and got two Legendary loot drops out of it. An assault rifle and a shotgun (?), I needed the assault rifle and immediately equipped it and then after I saved my game and started back a few hours later the other loot item was gone. I've seen this mentioned a few times on the Gearbox forums...I just wish it had happened to some white loot item that I was going to sell off rather than something that was valued at $16K and extremely powerful.

So the new Pirate DLC has "Cursed" weapons.

Basically for all the good they do, these things have a negative effect against the player.

Ex:



The Red Text means that it when you get a decent hit on the enemy, your Crit % is better.

The Blue Text means that for every shot you take, you also suffer damage against you as well.

That isn't something new to the game.. There was a quest where you end up with a cursed weapon. Made you slow as fuck frozen dog shit
