It's better in Stereo on speakers.

Trolling Twigg is on my Top 5 List of favorite things to do online right now.

Ok, so I just talked to Handle and he was completely baffled about how to do that vending machine mission. He said all you had to do was pull the lever, not all that other bullshit. He also called bullshit on the weapons disappearing, which I don't remember that ever happening in the first game because my cousin and I did that shit all the time.

So, bottom line it sounds like both you and Pad were trolling me, which I didn't think Pad did, and you fucking clowns owe me about 200K.

Handle even watched a YouTube video for that mission while I was talking to him and all the guy did was pull the lever.

Actually, don't even worry about the 200k. I'm just going to finish this game solo. Both of you guys can fuck off.

So I just got Jimmy Jenkins to show himself.
I thought he only popped out of the yellow ammo chests, but it turns out he also hides in the hanging stalker piles (?) near the beginning of the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve.
The last thing I expected to see when I meleed that sucker was a damn robot.

If it's like Borderlands, all item drops will eventually disappear (I lost a ton of stuff that I dropped on the ground while I was selling all of the shit I didn't want from Crawmerax), but the whites disappear after a minute or two on the ground.

I've actually never broken a controller out of anger. I broke a few shoulder buttons on some PS2 controllers from playing a ton of SSX and NBA Street though. I just scream most of the time.

I've never seen that happen. I played so much Borderlands 1 my eyes bled and my cousin and I would drop stuff on the ground all the time and it would stay there.

Handle also said he dropped something for me a while back and it and was still there after we finished a mission.

So, I finished this on PS3 tonight with Handle and another buddy's help. Then we went back and cleared all the amp areas that Handle and I need to discover. Apparently we still both have named locations that we still need to find for another trophy though.

I also need to get level one on all the challenges, kill a chubby (not sure how that didn't happen last night because we saw several), equip purple items in all slots (I need a grenade mod, relic and shield) and kill Kong Mong or whatever his name is.

I tipped that slut Moxxi $10k and she didn't even give me a weapon. I got my trophy though.

Beat the game for a second time, this time with Gaige.

Apparently there's an Orange drop for Jack's mask as well as the Purple he drops?

It's weird and/or a glitch OR... I got really lucky yet again on this game.

Now to finish runthroughs with Sal/Maya/Zero and start doing the DLC full-time when I have the time.

EDIT: After doing a little digging, it turns out the mask can be dropped as a Legendary.

                    Sweet.

Get ready to grind for those level one challenges. You have to finish all five levels of one for the rocket launcher challenges and another for the shotgun. I recommend running through Frostburn Canyon on Normal mode and killing everyone to get the shotgun challenge as each run should net you a little over 100 kills, and you have to get well over 1000 total.

The purple equipment should be relatively easy to get. The relic is by far the hardest purple item to get, but you could probably farm The Warrior or Terramorphous on Normal mode to get one quickly.

Wait, I thought you just had to complete the first level of each challenge? As in kill Jimmy Jenkins once or get 20 kills with the longbow grenades?

Makes Platinuming BL1 seem like cake now... still, I've sat through horribly awful games multiple times and still had fun so having to do it on a fun game should make it easier to swallow.

There are two challenges (one for rocket launchers and one for shotguns) that require you to unlock them by finishing level five of another challenge first. The good news is that these unlocked challenges are retroactive, and any qualifying kill that you had previously will be counted as soon as they're unlocked.
