Knocked $200 off my Sunday Ticket price.. I'm only paying $140 for it (6 payments of $23)

If you call, they usually will give you discounts on packages. I called about getting a 2nd HD DVR and the ability to see all recorded shows on any tv in the house. I got that plus DirecTV Cinema for 1 payment of $100 installed. I got MLB Extra Innings, NFL Sunday Ticket, and NHL Center Ice last year and plan to renew them again next season.

Cable TV companies are losing a ton of subscribers. They will give loyal subscribers a deal. Frankly, I should call my satellite provider (a customer since 1999) ... I suspect they'd give me a deal.

Will this be available in Canada too? I am cutting my cable at the end of the month. Already have Setanta online, but will be relying on streams for almost everything else. A way to get high quality NFL on my big screen would be attractive...

They have to allow multiple logins with this. Whats the point of Sunday ticket if you cant watch multiple games simultaneously if you so choose with multiple PS3s? You gonna charge full price only to allow a game to be watched ona single television? Makes no sense.

            Sounds like a good deal.

I usually work sundays so this is not something that I would find enticing at all.
However, I have the Justin.TV app so I can always find a stream of any game at work. The only games I watch are the Sunday and Monday night games which are nationally televised anyways.

This year and for the last 2 or 3 years I have used my Uncle's sunday ticket online (another person who has dtv specifically for NFLST, which I bet is a good percentage of subscribers) to watch the games like last year at my dorm. Now, I have a ps3 and would love to buy the $50 package that my Uncle who doesn't have a ps3 surely doesn't want... but, my brother also wants to buy the package for his appt. If we can do this on multiple systems that would be great, but I'm doubting it.

Also, would really like to confirm that there won't be a delay with the live feed and the one on the ps3. Sometimes while using mlbtv there would be a 5 sec delay and sometimes even more.

Who gives a fuck about a 5 sec delay? There are delays watching on live TV. All I want confirmed is multiple users to be able to sign into the same account at the same time. If thats the case Im looking for 3 other mfers to break down and we can share this shit.

I'm more talking along the lines of if there is a delay that's like slower than gamecast updating...

I am psyched about this offer! I will definitely be getting NFLST. Even at the steep price tag, it is worth it to me. I have been relying on streams the past 2 years and it has become harder to find reliable and consistent streams as of late.

damn near every one i used in the past has been shut down.

being in montana and the vikings now sucking they won't be on tv here very much and like st. fran said, if i go to the bar to watch i usually end up spending over 20 bucks anyway. i'd rather be able to sit at home have some friends over, smoke a nice fatty, cook up some food and just relax in comfort and not have to put up with idiot steelers fans (only good sports bar is also a steelers bar)

lol..hence the reason they didnt allow multiple log ins in the past.
Best reason to have a license.

What are you referring too? This is new. :noidea: And again, the good thing about having Sunday ticket is being able to watch multiple games at the same time. Why should one have to pay such an insane amount when that feature isnt available on the PS3? Granted there are people like myself who will try and work the system but there are also those who have multiple PS3s and will want to have them all hooked and streaming diff games.
