Save your lulz, DirecTV is at fault here. None of their streaming services worked worth a shit today. Even some of their satellite customers were not able to watch large portions of the early games.

Sony will screw something else up I'm sure but this isn't on them.

Went to a bar for the morning games and their DirecTV was frozen. Could only get the games that were showing on the local affiliates. Lame.

I'll mark this up as a Week 1 mishap, but next week there is no excuses. But I'll be holding off until Week 3 before I debate whether to purchase it or not.

For those who signed up for NFL Sunday Ticket through DirecTV on their PS3, we'll be offering a $24.99 credit voucher via a PSN system message this coming week. The DirecTV team is aware of issues and working to resolve the service as quickly as possible.

One more thing to point out......audio is not 5.1. I am only getting audio out of the 2 front and center speakers. FWIW to you guys.

I'm watching the Vikings/Chargers game and this is how the early games should have looked. I wasn't expecting full HD but I did want a steady stream with watchable quality and that's what I see now. The reason is probably because there are only a small percentage of customers using the service right now. DirecTV has 1 week to get a lot of new Internet backhaul installed.

Yeah it's not stunning HD but it's works. Looks great on closeups.
