He makes a good point, before an easy way around this was to just create a player in the off-season, but I think that feature has been out since Last Gen (PS2/Xbox). The only thing I can really think of is possibly just creating the player over again, giving him a younger age (but not too much younger to where he stays around 3-4 more years cause I can't see Warner or Kerry doing that).
