I think It will be on the level of Xmen Origins: Wolverine which was a very fun game. Plus High Moon Studios is developing it. Their Transformers games are awesome.

Point taken. But High Moon has a pretty good track record wity license properties because they really seem to be passionate fans. We'll find out soon enough.
