Anyone found any good spots for a 5 star shootout with the possibility of escaping it?

The barber shop is an odd little place. The counter that you can hide behind is apparently bullet proof, and there's only one narrow entrance for cops to come through. It only starts to get difficult when they start coming in with vest.

Yet another interesting tidbit:

 

If you grab Packie early on and hire him for Heists, hire him on for "The Paleto Score" Heist.

Trevor will ask everyone about their first score and when it gets around to Packie, he'll bring up the job he pulled on The Bank of Liberty City.

Apparently everyone except him (and probably Niko) that helped are dead.

Trevor's missions are all the same. Don't get me wrong they can be fun although a bit tedious. Run to spot, murder everything in sight, rinse and repeat. It's like R* just ran out of shit to do when they got to Trevor and just said "He's a psychopath just have him take on every gang in Los Santos by himself."

Addendum on my latest Heist:

 

The Paleto Heist was titties.

Went in to the small-town bank and ended up seeing where our nation's tax dollars go.

The fucking NOOSE.

The Fucking Army.

TWO FUCKING TANKS.

I survived using a set of Juggernaut Suits from fucking Call of Duty (you should see the look on Trevor's face when he hops out in that suit with a goddamn chaingun... I swear his blackened heart grew 3 sizes that day) and a whole lot of firepower.

Escaping on a train at the end made it that much better and knowing that...

 

...whoever you hired as a Gunman; I chose Packie again.

 

...your hired gun gets away if they don't suck makes it awesome.

Are you talking about the Rampage missions?

Rampage, his early story missions, a lot of his story building missions are centered around him vs. the world. Even his fucking submarine heist is pointless. If I'm going to play a character? I want to feel like I'm doing something with him. With Trevor it's like free roam but with a body counter. It's why I don't even bother playing him until I absolutely have to, to advance the story.

Don't get me wrong. He's funny, and the right kind of offset to Michael and Franklin. But, they could have gotten a little more creative when coming up with shit to do with Trevor instead of: Drive to this place, steal this, kill 20-30 people, drive back here, and mission complete.

The only "fun" I really have with him is doing the Gun Runner missions because they net you some cool cash.

All because I saw that 'FarmerFurby' was a few seconds ahead of me.
