I was one of those guys whom some random hacker chose to give hundreds of millions of dollars to for no reason. I promptly bought every vehicle Pegasus had to offer, and was pleasantly surprised to see that even after Rockstar had fixed my bank account balance (and actually took a couple of Million I actually worked for), I still had access to all of those fancy planes, boats, tanks, etc,.

Honestly though, with this game, I'm just hoping there will be another reason to play it. I haven't had one for months now and the disc is collecting dust.

I think I am 20% through the main story, but after playing for two weeks, I lost interest again. I don't know why it is, but with IV and V I have barely played this game, but I purchase Saints Row at launch and play it through in record time. I've played through Vice City and San Andreas multiple times. I also love other open world games, so it's not that.

EDIT: Not even sure why I quoted your post, I guess it has to do with our shared lack of interest, even with different reasons.

I'm just waiting for them to drop some single player expansions. Although I'm kind of getting the itch again, I may clean up side missions or just start another save. I loved the single player, but I got bored of the MP pretty quickly. GIMME THOSE SP EXPANSIONS!

I never actually finished the main story either.

When the online part of the game launched I was on that pretty much exclusively with my E-homies, but we were all pretty disappointed when we realized that Heists were not available in multi-player.

That pretty much killed it for us. Eventually you will run out of guns to buy, you will get all the cars you need, and you will get the fancy apt with the nice view of the city. After that there's literally nothing to do aside from harassing other people in the lobby.

Yea. No heists online killed it for me. I finished the single player in the first week though.

Damn, the main storyline was pretty short compared to previous GTAs, even the PS2 ones.

I need to pick this game back up and play more of it. I got GTA:SA for $5 on PSN and started to play it the other day. GTA is a game, I have never played all the way through but I'm going to try to finish SA this time (and most likely fail).

My dream DLC mission. Franklin taking back Grove Street from the Ballas with the old OGs CJ & Sweet at his side. GTA V needs more 'hood' missions like in SA.

I've still only played this the two or three times we've played online...I want to get back into that.
