In August, "Grand Theft Auto Online" will be shown.

Could be just GTA V online stuff OR... something new entirely?

Rockstar dropped a slew of new Grand Theft Auto V screenshots in the IGN inbox today along with a tease -- "Grand Theft Auto Online" will be revealed this August. Now, we've known for a long time that GTA V will feature some kind of online component, but the tease in Rockstar's last trailer was the only time we'd seen anything in action. Look for news soon as we get closer to the game's September 17th release date, and until then, enjoy the screens.

Disagree. As it is poised, it may be the swan song for the generation (outside of Last of Us). If it were a next gen console game, it'd be some mish-mash between both generations and likely suck (like many mish-mash old/new gen games). Suck might be strong, but at the very least it'd be worse than something focused on all of the best of the current gen.

There's no official announcement for a PC version either. Rockstar could very well upscale the current build for next gen and PC together.

Disagree. As it is poised, it may be the swan song for the generation (outside of Last of Us). Not to mention that the install bases for the current consoles will dwarf that of the early adopters of the next gen ones.
