A job posting onRockstar’s official website suggests that Grand Theft Auto Vwill be coming to PC.The listing, which has since been removed, was for a graphic programmer whose responsibilities included bringing the studio’s latest titles to PC.
“Working together with the other Rockstar studios, you will be responsible for maintaining the studio’s uncompromising quality bar, delivering the highest quality PC experience possible,” it read.
The listing also mentioned “working with skilled developers on Next Generation games”.
Of Rockstar’s recent catalogue, only Red Dead Redemption and the upcomingGrand Theft Auto V are yet to see or be confirmed for a PC release.
Grand Theft Auto V is out for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on September 17.

It's not grasping at straws. That's specifically what the job posting said, that it was for bringing their games to the PC. It's not just something random that Game Planet wrote about, just about every gaming news site has something on this posting. Considering that all of Rockstar's current series are on the PC except for the Red Dead series, it's not some crazy interpretation or them grasping at straws.
