So when I do that a little bit of the edges get cut off all the sides (plus I don't have a super long usb extender for my mouse/keyboard/controller)

1. Is your PC set to 1920x1080p?? What is your TV's resolution??
2. $15 wireless dongle for Xbox 360 controller will allow you to eliminate wire.
3. Steam Big Picture mode - you dont need keyboard and mouse to navigate.
4. Just add an HDMI cable and run it to your TV. Get a DVI cable and run it to your monitor. You can display same image on both displays.

This is the back of your Grafx card



You take the HDMI cable and input that from the card to the TV

You take a DVI cable and hook that from your grafx card to your monitor.



Than go to desktop, right click, click screen resolution, and click "Duplicate These Displays" under the multiple display option.

Do it.

I am assuming you PC game on a Monitor and because of this you dont have it hooked up to your TV?

Well this is where I'm an idiot. I have an old 19 inch Samsung that I've been using as my monitor via HDMI. The HDMI to my 42 inch or my 55 inch cuts off the edges but works just fine on my 19 inch monitor.

it is a resolution setting...make sure it is the PC screen resolution is 1920x1080
