Yeah that'd be cool too. Or Possibly playing as a younger Joel or Tommy during the early stages of the break out. It'd be cool to see everything go down with more people involved, maybe you're fighting against some other survivors and than infected crash the party. Be a cool dynamic to have occur (it might've happened once or twice during this game, can't remember).

Didn't play any of TLOU. Knew I would never finish it, but I did watch the play-though on youtube the past week at work. Good story. Felt like I was watching a movie at times. interested in seeing if they add anything to the story or go a completely different route.

I feel like I did the best job taking out the Doctors in the operating room. There was just pure emotion running through me as I did it

              LOL.

Yeah, like I said, I felt the same way when I reached that point which is why I barely hesitated before taking action. I appear to be in the majority as far as that is concerned. That is why that Forbes reviewer baffled me so much. She wasn't that emotionally attached to the game or that scene in particular yet she was so emotionally involved in Bioshock Infinite (the only reason I mention that is because that is the "related" review on her page for the review of this game; I had to see what she felt about that game considering her staunch opinion on this one and of course I was not disappointed) and felt the need to write and expansive three page review on that game? She details about how she was so immersed in the completely fictitious and ridiculous city in the sky Columbia, and the crazy time bending story of that game, but yet she wasn't immersed enough in this game to make the same decision that 99% of everyone else that played this game? Wow. To each their own.

                Finished it.

I shot the doctors in the head, even the one cowering in the corner. Didn't even hesitate.

                Why,

I never really liked Joel because he was an ass to Ellie most of the game. But the most shocked Ive been in any video game is when Joel fell on the spike. Shouted the loudest "OH SHIT" ever, and did really start to feel for Joel after that.

But it was those damn giraffes. Ellie had to give up so much in that world and the fascination she had after sounding so beat down and distraught right before seeing them really got to me. Going thru all that struggle, with all that responsibility that she was to save the human race, I felt so bad and saving her was really the only option I had. Maybe I was still in a gunshooting mindset(Played on Normal, regret this decision, so the end of the guard battles were mostly me opening fire on the remaining 2-3 guards), but I didn't hesitate in the slightest killing those doctors. Immediately after I did think oops maybe there is a different ending if you don't kill them and had to check online once the credits scrolled. Joel lying about it didn't sit well with me, but so was nothing he did.

Great game though. Any DLC rumors?

As far as DLC, I could've sworn ND said that there was going to be one piece of single player content as part of the Season Pass but I haven't heard anything since. I thought they said the SP was going to include three pieces of DLC, two of which would be multipler (probably just maps, *yawn*) and the third would be some kind of single player content but they seemed very coy about it.

I really enjoy the mp and wouldn't mind maybe some sort of Horde type mode added. As far as the possible single player add-on maybe...

you could play as Henry and Sam before they met up with Joel and Ellie? Or like others have said, play as Ish as he's trying to survive in that sewer camp?

Ok, just found an article from Gamespot about the Season Pass but I can't link it at work.

Basically it does say exactly what I just said. Two of the packs will be multiplayer map packs and other unspecified "expansions" and the third will be single player. It actually says the first piece of DLC will be the single player stuff and that the developer said "The journey and cast of characters in TLoU lends itself to thorough narrative exploration, and we've got more of the story to tell." Take from that what you will.

I love being terrible at the multiplayer.

Final match of the night with Pitty, Jon and Knubb ended in a half-a-team rage quitting and whoever being left on the other team ragging on the guy who lost the match.

Everything else was a shit show.

                            Still fun playing though.
