I'll be giving this game a shot today, but what Primetime said already makes me wonder if I should even open it.

I'm honestly tired of this game, every at bat Miguel Cabrera hits a fucking HR even if I threw the ball way out of the strike zone and it pisses me off. This is probably the worst game ive ever played in my fucking life. The fielding is absolutely terrible and to prove my point Ordonez just scored a fucking Inside the Park Home Run on my after Adam Lind didn't catch the ball even through he was in the yellow zone. 2K should stick to making basketball games because this is probably the worst game I have ever played.

try putting the batter sucess rate a lil lower for the cpu. That might help if you have trouble pitching

Also for pitching is it better to aim up in the zone or furthur down?

depending on the pitch, Usually you want to stay low but you can occasionaly bring the high fast ball.

When you pitch do you wait tiil the circle get as wide as it can before pitching? That is what you are suppose to do and I know some people thought that you had to let the circle get small before doing the second gesture.

Ya I do try and get the circle as wide as possible. It's weird because whenever I throw a low ball with someone like Casey Janssen, Cabrera smokes it out of the park and it pisses me off. Do you know how I could fix this?

In your franchise buy inside edge reports for all teams. Then while you are playing you can check there weaknesses and shit. Should help a little bit. Maybe you are pitching in Cabrera's hot zone. If he really is hitting you that bad then dont give him a good pitch to hit. Throw a lot of curves and sliders out of the zone.

definitely rent it first to see if you like it. they made improvements with hitting and pitching, but they really fucked up fielding.

Has anyone had a lot of trouble, throwing to 1st base after fielding a groundball? At least once a game Prince Fielder steps off the bag when catching the ball, and the computer gets a hit out of it. Pisses me off everytime.
