Raced the Canadian Grand Prix today. The race was in the rain, but I actually had a pretty decent setup. My car wasn't all that fast, but she was quick as hell out of the turns, which helped a lot. The qualifying was completely dry, which is the only thing that I ask for during race weekend lol. Ended up qualifying P1. Led the first 9 laps, but got passed on lap 10 by Alonso. We both came into the pits after lap 10, and I had a fantastic pistop that put me out ahead of him. We had a real dogfight for the next 8 laps. My tires were going to shit on the last 3 laps or so, but luckily we came up on the last place cars. I was able to use some maneuvering to create some space between me and Alonso. Almost spun out on the last turn due to my worn out tires, but I held it together and blocked Alonso down the straight to take the checkered.
It was my 2nd victory of the season. Moved me up to 2nd in the drivers championship, however we're still 5th in the constructors b/c my teammate is dogshit lol.
