Amusingly, the percent is now down to like only 14% let him die. Which way did you let him go? I grabbed him, and let him go as he was hanging. As much as any other decision in the Chapter, that one probably hit me hardest. I felt like I needed to do it, but it really left you with a somber feeling the rest of the way through.
So who did you end up with in your final group at the end? I was in the 11% who only got Omid and Christa. Kenny got some support from me, but certain comments in Chapter 2 and 3 really did push me away from him. I love how he completely forgets that I took care of his kid so he didn't have to, took care of the kid in the attic, and was otherwise generally helpful. From what I understand, if I had said "do it for Clementine" instead of "I Need you" (was a snap decision as my logic was that I needed his help finding her, but clearly it sounded too selfish to him)...he probably would have come along.
Most importantly though, the chapter ended and with zero pause, I screamed out "SON OF A BITCH!"
I love this game!Comment

Finished up the first season.
I was surprised on how much and how little was taken down as far as your decisions went in the game.
When it came to the core group...
Kenny ended up making the sacrifice so Omid's Baby Mama could keep going on.
After all the shit he went through with just trying to make sure his family was safe to losing them anyway to just trust my character when it came down to getting Clem... he was doomed from the start and it ended up due to me saying one thing or another.
Now that I think about it and actually played to the end, I didn't need that fucking walkie-talkie anymore by then.
Still, good on him to give himself up to the greater good; even if the future was unknown to that point.
Katja, Larry, Ben, Carly and the fat guy in Episode 1 all ate it due to me saying the wrong things at the wrong time.
Some couldn't be helped while others, like Ben and the fat guy, were given up on my choice to the hordes of slathering undead.
As for the "ending," I'd either have to assume that Clem saw Omid and his GF (which might not even be them because they went looking and never found me or Clem...)
At worst, they died too.
At best, they got out of the city knowing they abandoned my character and Clem to the walkers.
...or Clem's gonna have to put down two more Walkers soon.
I hope that if they do a Season 2, she'll be okay and that's saying something because "she" is a fictional character that didn't even exist except in screenplay and storyboard ideas written ages ago.
And as for Lee? I want to think he'd be remembered as a man who made sure Clem was safe until the end but truthfully?
I know that if he never found Clem and "chose" through my actions to keep her around, he'd either be Walker-bait, dead or worse.Comment

Kenny and I were mostly arm and arm through the whole game. Even though I didn't always agree with his means, the end seemed to be the best course of action to me. I was hoping he somehow found his way out of the horde of walkers after helping Christa. His death was probably the hardest to me because, even though he wasn't the nicest guy out there, he seemed to be getting shit on the whole game. All he wanted to to was protect his family, and in the end all three of them were gone.
With regards to Lee, even though he/I made some questionable decisions, he ended up taking care of a child he had no attachment to and in the end, prepared her to take care of herself in a fucked up situation. Admittedly, it was a little tough playing through this episode knowing Lee would be dead by the end of it.
I'm really looking forward to season 2.
Also on a sidenote, was it you that I used to play NFS:HP with online? If so, did you get NFS:MW?Comment

I thought it was pretty awesome that...
the guy that kidnapped Clem is the same guy that owned those supplies you stole way back in, what, the end of episode 2? I did think it was hokey however that he was allegedly following your every move.
According to the stats, it seemed that I was in the minority with a lot of the decisions I made.
I also thought it was interesting that it appears the second season will pick up with Clem instead of all new characters. I'm guessing those figures she sees walking in the distance are going to be Omid and his gf, or some other survivors, that Clem will band with.
I'm honestly wondering how the game would've played out had I not decided to take those supplies?Comment

I bought this Wednesday and finished it today lol. Really amazing writing, I thought these characters were much better than the show.
It would have been cool if Lily and Carly/Doug could have lasted longer based on your choices but I understand they wouldn't want to branch stories too much.Comment

as we already could peice together by episode 3, the way people feel in situations may change, but the outcomes are static. you hardly influence the story.Comment

So, this was my first time shedding a tear during a vidja game. Lee and Clem's relationship got to me, particularly at the end.
Great game. I am not surprised that they will be going in the direction that they seem to in S2, just because I never expected them to move outside of what the comic has already covered (i.e. - the South).Comment
