I love the idea of XP and building players as you see fit. It really allows you to showcase someone or make them your own personal project. I also like the idea that, if I read correctly, you could potentially be fired and still go to another team and continue with the franchise.

It doesn't have OF in the way that we have used it for the past few years....which could be a good thing if EA has done it correctly. From what I understand the way to have a 32 person league like 220 would be that we all join the league that I create and play the games as the coach. That allows us to call the plays and run them during the game. If they have everything worked out with salary caps and player management, it would eliminate having to use a 3rd party site to manage them. I have liked XFN overall this season but if we could do everything within the game or EA portal, all the better IF it works right.
