Madden Connected Careers (Franchise Mode)

Here are the following things you CANNOT do in Madden 13 if you're are franchise person. Remember these options were in previous versions of Madden...

No full customization of rosters.
No Editing of players in CCM
No Import Draft Classes
No 32 team control
No Fantasy Draft
No offline co-op play
No custom playbooks
No playing games except those of the ONE team you select for CCM

So like i said they took away all the stuff that you could do in offline franchise, but couldnt do in online franchise. The only exception is fantasy draft.

It was already pretty fucked up. So by EA logic, it'll have degraded further.

yeah fuck this game, a couple friends and i have always randomly picked a team done a fantasy draft and then played the game with the 3 of us taking turns being qb for a game. no sense buying the game now as i always ended up getting bored with my single player franchise by year 2-3 anyway.

And? We all new why they were taken away. Moving to one mode, online was the restrictive mode that other modes had to fit into to. Not sure what your post is really saying. Whether you could or could not do these in online franchise doesn't change that these things were taken out of the game.

Im not sure why you are so dead set on being a fucking dickhead, but my point was that they downgraded offline rather than upgrading online... which is why i thanked a previous post about it. Im fucking AGREEING WITH YOU.

You have already said you arent getting the game, so make a "madden 13 drama queens who will complain like hell but still buy it" thread and just complain in there. most people are using the thread for actual info rather than just bitching about something they say they have no intentions of buying.

Why is everyone complaining about not having imported draft classes? Everytime I imported players last year they had shoulder pads on that looked they should have been in blitz. And the progression system sucked last year, at least this year you can set it to progress weakly or every four weeks instead of wait till the end of the year and be disappointed by average non believable ratings. Last year I got both Victor Cruz and Torrey Smith in trades because my vikings receiving core sucked and Smith had a record year because for some reason they kept leaving him open on streaks, so he had like 1700 yards and 25 tds. Cruz had 1050 yards and 5 tds. Smith ended up gaining 2 points less than Cruz.

Because it's been a (fun) staple of the game for what..over a decade now? And rather than EA fixing the issue they just threw in the towel on it. Getting rid of it is a step backwards.

No drama queen. I haven't said F the game, or that it will be trash, or that nobody should get it, or that nobody would enjoy it. I just mentioned that features were missing and went on a progression "mission", which is a pet peeve.

I never even used imported draft classes, but I'm still uneasy that it was taken out for those that really enjoyed that feature.

I will admit in previous maddens to this one right about now id be having a madden 12 franchise with all my players from 2013 signed and draft all the player we drafted. But with those shoulder pads I just cant do it lol.
