    I'd also like to add that on the astro A40's the boom mic can be placed on either side. I prefer to have mine on the right side and most headsets have them on the left. You can also turn any wired headset to wireless using just the mixamp device which is sold separately.

      Curious, why do you prefer it being on the right?

        i dont know, just always preferred it being on the right side. no specific reason behind it
