Bout time guys like me finally get rewarded for actually taking starters out of the game after the game is out of reach. Not only that but for those practices each week, it's a great way to get that QB you just drafted that's gonna sit behind the starter for at least a season or two to progress instead of just sitting there getting older.

I also saw where it is expensive as shit to progress players the higher rated they are in that specific attribute.
Say you have a RB with 93 speed, it may cost you 45,000 xp to move him up 1 speed point to a 94 spd rating. You do this, it curtails your ability to progress other players because you are spending such a high amount on 1 player.
The higher rated your attribute, the more expensive it is to progress that attribute.PSN: jclentzthadonComment

So you'll be up against your next game opposition defence (your own players playing as a scout D), and you can choose your situation. So 2 minute drill or grind out the clock...etc, seemed to be a decent size list of options. It's not the same ol run a bunch of random plays for no reason crap.Comment

Don't each player earn their own XP? I've read that if an RB does well, he and the OL get XP points. That suggests that players get their own XP, coaches get their own for improving their own shit. If you wanted to 99 some ratings on a player, you would have to sacrifice bumping any of his other ratings for a long while I guess, some may end up regressing too maybe?Comment

lol champ i feel you im envious of there leagues, but hopefully us 360 owners can unite and make a killer 360 league rather than the average leagues weve ran so farSKOL VIKINGS ALL DAY MVPComment

Im with you thats why ive been trying to figure out who running the 360 league because there are a lot of things that a new league can do better than the current ps3 leagues available. Ive got a lot of easy ideas to execute from when i ran previous leagues that can make a league experience amazing. Problem i dont think VSN is sure whos gonna run one yet which sucks because whoever is running it could start putting it together now.SKOL VIKINGS ALL DAY MVPComment

Yeah as a coach you start off level 1 and work up to level 4 or whatever. You get XP by meeting goals like "winning X games, winning div title, etc. Coach XP applies to scouting/getting FA's to sign/etc.Comment
