I think both but I'm not 100% sure. By the time I got that upgrade I had all the dead drops.

Well that blows. That reminds me of the first inFamous. I'm like four shards short of the 400 total, or whatever it is. I've scoured those islands for hours and can't find them.

I wish all games that had collectibles like that did what inFamous 2 does. Even if you can't get it until the end of the game getting that upgrade that shows you were all the collectibles are is amazing.

Whats pathetic about the scenario is that once you collect 600 comics it reveals where the last 100 of them are once you get close enough to them, and I literally swung around the whole city 5-6 times and it never popped up on the mini map so I quit.

That just sucks. And teh thing that always plagues games like that is that using a guide is all but pointless when there are so many collectibles to pick up, because you will obviously find quite a bit during normal gameplay. So you will never remember which ones you found already, especially when you are talking about 700 items. It would take hours upon hours to go through a guide step by step and even that isn't full proof.

Just finished James Bond 007: Bloodstone. Short game, but worth the $10 I spent on it. I'll throw up some more stuff about it in my thread.

I beat The Witcher 2 today. Really enjoyed it overall although I'm pretty disappointed how absurdly easy it was on normal difficulty, especially towards the end.

I heard that it can get really easy once you hit a certain level. I guess I'll start on Hard once I finally get around to this one.

I still need to finish the first Witcher. I finished the second chapter, but I got a little bored with the large amount of exposition at the beginning of the third chapter. It's been a fun game otherwise.

Yeah I'd definitely recommend starting on hard, or at least playing everything after chapter 1 on hard. After thinking about it a little bit I am a little disappointed with the game overall, I think mainly just because I felt it had potential to be a real classic and just didn't hit the mark with several things. The combat system, graphics for a console game, voice acting, and the depth of the lore and stuff are all outstanding. After really loving the story for about 2/3 of the game everything wraps up feeling like the end of a TV season or something, which I really don't like in a game. The economy is kinda jacked and unbalanced. After the first area was amazingly well done and extremely rich and fun too explore they got subsequently worse overall, and the last one is a fucking nightmare to try to traverse.

Despite all that shit it's still a lot of fun and worth playing.
