I just got my copy today, and I have no complaints.. but I'm on ps3

Also, last year the game forced me to create a "my player" before I could play online or do other things. That annoyed me.

Can you still not screen opponents before you play them online? Do they show stats now? Killed online for me in the past.

Nobody answered the first part of this so I figured I'd give you the horrible news. Not only must you create one online but you have to create one right from start up offline or online.

I knew this shit was going to happen with the fucking EA fag I called it and everyone said this guy was good. Not only does this game has all the errors a typical EA game has but it has all the game modes including the gay ass ultimate team mode. I cant understand how nobody can see how similar this game is now to other EA games including NBA Live.

I will say the new dribble stick is awesome once you get used to it. However that doesn't make up for the fact that one of the oldest modes in the game is completely unplayable right out of the box. Fucking ridiculous its almost as if they skipped beta testing to cut costs or some shit.

It was a lot of fun, but I was playing some douche that ally ooped himself with durant and proceeded to show the replay over and over again. That's expected playing online though.. I guess.

Doesn't matter I still beat him with my pacers.

@KNUBB - it's random, sometimes at the intro screen, sometimes during a game. Either the commentary will stop, or the CPU won't inbound the ball. When I hit PAUSE, shit freezes.

Assuming you're playing on the 360 Jeff, clear you cache. Google "clear xbox360 cache"

Can somebody explain the my player thing? Why do they force you to do this? Very annoying.

Also Argath, I assume you are talking about association still not working? Please confirm. Its the only mode I will ever play.

I haven't had any freezing. Also it's still early bomber. If this is a common thing a patch will fix it. Don't be left out of TEAM UP again....

This is, BY FAR, my favourite version of 2k basketball ever. They finally got rid of the floaty passing ... and, thank God, you can switch the right stick back to shooting. No way was I ever gonna get used to holding the LT and using the right stick for shooting.

Not really an online player where basketball is concerned, so I have nothing to report there.

I just really like this game.

What camera angle are you guys using? I loved the old side view in from years past but this year, it's got a bit of an angle to it. So, I'm using one of the broadcast views.

Can't stand the ones that look directly at the front of the bucket, though.

I'm just using the default camera. Works for me. I agree with you Empire, I hate the face the basket cameras too.
