Kinda disappointed Kareem didn't sign a deal this year. Really wanted the Lakers with Magic and Kareem. And it also appears as though Julius Erving is out. Damn.

thats really old school but for our generation. old school.to most VSN are the teams like GS Warriors with Mullin, lol.

Still can't get through without the bullshit freeing. I'm fucking tidied I spent this money on a broken game. If 2k support can't help, I'm taking it back, and go with 2k11 using saddzz's updated rosters from OS.

is this freezing for the 360 version or specific mode? I have the PS3 one and played My Career a total of about 5 hours yesterday with no problems. The only complaint so far I have is not even about the game but NewEgg.com....I got the game for $48 pre-ordered but it seems they didn't offer the All Star Break code with their pre-orders. No biggie but I'm not going to pay for it when they release it (if not out already).

Played only my second "normal" game tonight (I've been in MyPlayer mde since I got it), Thunder at Nets. This game is fucking fun. Durant got hot 3 times in the game, and ended up with 44-8 rebounds-4 assists and a couple of steals. Harden had 21(including putting Brook Lopez on a poster). Westbrook had 9-15 assists-6 rebounds-4 steals. I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to work Perry Jones III into my lineup. Joe Johnson went off, had 34 (18 in the 3rd). It was a nice back-and-forth game. Knocked down my free throws at the end to seal it.

Finally got my copy, loving this game. The gameplay improvements are very nice. My only complaints is the lack of contact in the paint and it's a little too easy to get in there. I'm sure they'll patch it though, they did last year as well.

What difficulty settings are you playing in and what sliders (if any) are you using? I am on Pro with Sim sliders and the games are close with 6-8 min left but then we pull away.....so far in My Career, I'm 9-1 (loss to Mia). I get killed on All Star, so I'm hoping someone has some good sliders to make the games go the other way as well.

my first WTF! moment....the game didn't freeze up on me but after playing a MyCAREER game, it couldn't save because it couldn't connect to the 2K servers. It just went back to the Main Menu screen and now it's saying I have to play the game over again...lost the W. I posted on 2K FB page just asking them why they thought it was necessary to make those who don't even play online have a constant connection to 2K servers (it seems), esp. when their servers aren't the most reliable.
